How to perform a cold transfer

Transfer a call without consulting the additional party

Transfer any call from within the Truly desktop app

  1. In the desktop app, while on a call, click on the Transfer icon in the active call bar.

  2. Select the appropriate party or phone menu by searching for their name.

  3. Once you click on the user or menu name, the call will transfer to the specified party and end your session.

Transfer mobile calls from within the Truly mobile app

  1. Once the mobile call has connected, open the Truly mobile app

  2. Tap on the Transfer icon in the active call section

  3. Tap Transfer to Coworker or Transfer to Phone Menu

  4. Select the appropriate party or phone menu from the list

  5. The call will transfer to the specified party and end your session.
