Understanding call details

Add dispositions, notes, and access call recordings for a specific call.

  1. Click on a conversation in the conversation list to the left.

  2. The conversation thread will populate with recent interactions, click on a conversation bubble (like the voicemail interaction depicted below).

  3. The call detail section will populate with contextual information about the interaction including voicemail, disposition, Salesforce/Zendesk integrations and call notes
