Click on a conversation in the conversation list to the left.
The conversation thread will populate with recent interactions, click on a conversation bubble (like the voicemail interaction depicted below).
The call detail section will populate with contextual information about the interaction including voicemail, disposition, Salesforce/Zendesk integrations and call notes.
