Are calls logging to the open activities instead of the closed activity history?

  1. Click on "Settings" in the bottom left of the desktop app.

  2. Click "Integrations" in the middle section of the app.

  3. Under Salesforce, make sure that mark activities as complete is set to "Always".

  4. Calls will now always display in the activity history, as opposed to open activities.
