Please provide the following information:
List the numbers that need to be blocked.
Specify whether these numbers need to be blocked from contacting specific users, or if an organization-wide block is needed.
Specify whether the blocked caller should hear a busy signal, or if the caller should be sent directly to voicemail instead.
Document the reason for the number block request if possible. (For example, if the blocked number is a confirmed robo-caller or text-spammer.)
Note: Depending on the originating carrier, some unidentified calls will pass through one of the words below. Those words are converted to digits and make up inbound caller ID. While we can certainly block these numbers, it's worth noting that this may block legitimate calls from unidentified numbers along with spam calls.
