Once enabled, all calls will sync as tasks to your Salesforce instance.

Please make sure your team has API access enabled for this feature to work.

  1. Click on the settings icon in the bottom left corner of the desktop app.

  2. Click "Integrations".

  3. Click "Connect" in the Salesforce section.

  4. Login with your Salesforce credentials.

  5. Check "Automatically sync calls to Salesforce"

  6. Specify when to mark tasks as complete:

  • Always. Calls will always sync to Salesforce as a completed task.

  • If Account/Opportunity/Case is set. Calls will sync as s completed task if Account/Opportunity/Case is set within the call details.

  • If Contact/Lead is set. Calls will sync as s completed task if a Contact/Lead is set within the call details

  • If Contact/Lead OR Account/Opportunity/Case is set. Calls will sync as s completed task if either Contact/Lead OR Account/Opportunity/Case is set within the call details.

  • If Contact/Lead AND Account/Opportunity/Case is set. Calls will sync as s completed task only if both Contact/Lead And Account/Opportunity/Case is set within the call details.

After you've properly authenticated with Salesforce, Truly will reload and your Integrations section will now look like this:

Note: There must be an existing phone number match within your Salesforce instance to find and match the call to the correct object. If you make or take a call before the phone number is in Salesforce, you will need to manually sync it to the correct object.

If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to the Truly support team at support@truly.co or by clicking your initials in the upper right corner in the desktop app and we'll be happy to assist!
