How to setup Zendesk sync in the desktop app

Basic setup for Zendesk sync in the desktop app 🔁

  1. Click on Settings gear icon in the bottom left corner of the app.

  2. Click "Integrations".

  3. Enter your Zendesk instance by copying the portion between https:// and .zendesk.com

  4. Click "Connect".

  5. Login with your Zendesk credentials.

  6. Click "Allow".

  7. Check "Automatically sync calls to Zendesk".

If you’ve checked ‘Automatically sync calls to Zendesk’ you’ll see a ‘Zendesk Ticket’ in the details of your calls. Clicking it will take you to that ticket. If calls are not set to automatically sync you’ll see ‘Sync to Zendesk’ which will create a Zendesk Ticket. Once the ticket has been created ‘Zendesk Ticket’ will appear and will link you to that ticket when clicked.
