Report call quality feedback in the Truly desktop app

  1. Select the call in the conversation detail to view the call detail section.

  2. Click on the three dots in the top right of the call detail.

  3. Click Report Call Quality Issues.

  4. Check the boxes next to any issues that occurred during the call.

  5. Include as much detail as possible in the comments section!

  6. Click Submit Feedback.
