Click on your phone number in the top right corner of the desktop app.

Under the Phone Number tab you will see a list of all possible numbers to call with. "My Numbers" are assigned only to you, Phone Menu are shared with other users on the menu, and local presence will match your outbound area code to the closest available for your team.

Select your preferred phone number from the list below.

Click off to save.

Tap on the Settings gear icon.

Tap the Call Routing section.

Toggle Local Presence on or off.

Tap on the phone number displayed and select your preferred outbound caller ID from the list.

Tap Done to save.
