Toggle DND settings
In the Truly desktop app, click on your initials in the top right corner.
Toggle the DND slider on or off!
Inbound calls will be routed directly to voicemail, and will appear in the desktop app with a notification, unless an Exception is added.
Add Exceptions for certain calls to ring through on DND
Click the Settings gear and then select Availability
Click Add Exceptions to allow certain types of calls to ring through
Check the Direct Calls box to allow direct-dialed calls while on DND. (Queued phone menu calls will still go to voicemail.
Check the Phone Menu Calls box to allow queued phone menu calls while on DND
