Pager mode allows incoming call notifications to play over all audio devices connected to your computer (including integrated speakers).
Click on the headset icon in the top right corner of the app.
Flip the toggle next to Pager Mode to turn OFF or ON.
You're all set! Incoming calls will now ring on all speakers connected to your computer.
