This is the data that our platform can write to your Zendesk instance for each call.
To add these fields, click the settings gear on the left in Zendesk, click Ticket Fields, and then Add Field.
Once the fields have been added to your Zendesk instance, calls will sync with the appropriate data!
We support custom Zendesk objects via our Forms feature.
