Add Truly custom objects to Zendesk

This is the data that our platform can write to your Zendesk instance for each call. 

  • To add these fields, click the settings gear on the left in Zendesk, click Ticket Fields, and then Add Field.

  • Once the fields have been added to your Zendesk instance, calls will sync with the appropriate data! 

  • We support custom Zendesk objects via our Forms feature.

Custom Objects

  • truly_call_duration_seconds - Time of call in seconds.

  • truly_caller_number - Caller number in E.164 format (ex: +442071838750, +12065554444) [Numeric]

  • truly_custom_call_disposition events/disposition [Text]

  • truly_direction - outbound, inbound [Text]

  • truly_entry_node # - This denotes an entry or first phone menu node that was called into.Nodes are generally 3 digit numbers. [Text]

  • truly_exit_node # - This denotes an exit phone menu, or the last menu the caller picked before the call was transferred. Nodes are generally 3 digit numbers. [Text]

  • truly_hms - Start time in the format of hours, minutes, and seconds (1:11:12). [Text]

  • truly_missed missed? ; not available for conference   [Checkbox]

  • truly_recipient_number - Recipient number in E.164 format (ex: +442071838750, +12065554444) [Text]

  • truly_status - Call status: no-answer, completed, ringing, initiating, failed [Text]

  • truly_time_in_park_seconds - Time the call was parked in seconds (0-X). [Numeric]

  • truly_time_in_queue_seconds - Time in queue in seconds (0-X). Not available for conferences [Numeric]

  • truly_time_live_talk_seconds - Talk time in seconds (0-X). [Numeric]

  • truly_time_on_hold_seconds - Time on hold in seconds (0-X).   [Numeric]

  • truly_time_to_pickup_seconds - Time before the call was picked up in seconds (0-X). [Numeric]

  • truly_ymd - Start time in year/month/date format (2018:10:01) [Text]
