Understanding Call Durations and Voicemail Notifications
Call Durations inside the Desktop App:
Inbound: Call conversation bubbles inside the desktop app reflect the total time since the caller initiated the call. This may include ringing time, or time in queue. If a call rings for 20 seconds and lasts for 40 seconds, the call time will reflect the total time (1 minute).
Voicemail: Voicemails received will display the total ringing time before the call went to voicemail, not the actual voicemail duration.
The duration of the voicemail can be found once it is highlighted, in the right hand panel, and includes a transcription of the message.
