Click the "+New Conversation" button in the top left corner.
Enter in the phone number you'd like to contact.
Hover your mouse over the phone button.
Select your outbound call method. (Desktop, Mobile, or Desk Phone)
Click the phone button.
You can also call from previous threads, but keep in mind the outbound caller ID used on that thread will remain the same regardless of your current selection.
