Call monitor: Live listening

Use this feature when you want to continuously monitor an agent every time they make or take a call!

Note: You will need call monitor access enabled for this feature to function. Please contact your company Truly admin if you are not able to access it!

  1. Click on the call monitor icon in the desktop app sidebar.

  2. Use the search bar to find the contact you wish to monitor.

  3. Hover your mouse over their name and click the monitor icon.

  4. Once they begin a call you will be connected to listen with the option to join and whisper!
