Click on the Salesforce cloud logo when the call is selected.
A new window/tab will open with the related task in Salesforce.
Depending on your Salesforce instance, use the respective instructions below.
In SFDC lightning:
Click on the caret in the top right of the page.
Click edit.
Edit the name section and search there if the object you're looking to sync to is a contact or lead.
Edit the related to section and search there if the object you're trying to sync to is a case, account, etc.
In Salesforce Classic:
Click the edit button in the middle top section of the page.
Edit the name section and search there if the object you're looking to sync to is a contact or lead.
Edit the related to section and search there if the object you're trying to sync to is a case, account, etc.
