Log into the admin panel: admin.truly.co
Click on the Users tab.
Select an active user.
The right side will populate with user details. Click on "Permissions" under the users name
You will now see permission options for Admin panel access and Call Monitoring (if the user isn't assigned to a Team with those permissions already set).
Note: You cannot limit which users’ calls will be monitored or recorded. Once the permission is given the user can monitor ALL calls.
