Before starting, in the Truly desktop application, click on your outbound caller ID number in the upper right, next to your initials. Under the Device tab, click 'Mobile' as your preferred outbound call device.

After you've installed the Truly Chrome extension in your Google Chrome browser, hover over the number you'd like to call and press the phone icon.

This will push the call to the Truly desktop application, automatically popping it to the front of your screen.

The desktop application will then automatically start finding and calling your mobile device.

With the Truly Mobile app open, pick up the call on your mobile phone and the call will start! 

(note: this is a proxy number used to connect the Truly mobile app to your carrier to start the call, this number is not seen by the recipient and the proper outbound number will display once you hit "Call".)

You can then have the call on your mobile device using your carrier connection!

The call will still show as active in the desktop application, allowing you to interact with the now mobile call. Transfer, mute, hold, recording on/off, disposition, notes, etc.

You can then end your call via your mobile device or by hitting the Red end button in the desktop app!

Navigate to the contact page for the contact you're trying to call.

Long press on the call icon.

Select 'Truly' from the options that appear.

Select the number you're calling again when it appears on the page in the Truly app.
