Click to call from Salesforce

With both the Truly Chrome Extension and the Salesloft Extension installed and enabled users will see the Salesloft icon towards the bottom right of the window (next to the scroll bar). Clicking the the icon will expand the Salesloft cadencing list.

  1. Click ‘Run Step’ next to the cadence to be completed.

  2. Click the name of contact and be taken to the profile (if one exists). This will also expand the make call section.

  3. Clicking 'Call' will prompt an outbound call via Truly

  4. Calls initiated within this workflow will have a Salesloft section within call details and users will need to complete the disposition and sentiment fields

  5. Click 'Log to Salesloft' in the Truly app to complete the cadence step

Note: This is a different workflow from our previous click to call. Users MUST use this call button highlighted in the screenshot above to initiate the call, otherwise it will not work.

Click to call from Salesloft

  1. Click on a cadence name, then click Due/In Progress within the given step

  2. This will open the cadence call window, which includes the option to make a call

  3. Clicking ‘Call’ with prompt an outbound call via Truly

  4. Calls initiated within this workflow will have a Salesloft section within call details and users will need to complete the disposition and sentiment fields

  5. Click "Log to Salesloft' in the Truly app to complete the cadence step

Dispositioning Calls

Calls initiated within either of these workflows will have a Salesloft section within call details (in the Truly app) and users will need to complete the disposition and sentiment fields to advance to the next cadence step.

  1. Locate the call

  2. Complete the Disposition and Sentiment fields

  3. Click ‘Log to Salesloft’

  4. Once values have been logged to Salesloft the the ‘Log to Salesloft’ button will update to display the values captured

*Note: Sentiment and Disposition values may be changed on the form, those changes will sync to SFDC and Zendesk but will not update the values previously logged to Salesloft
