How to wrap up calls with Required Dispositions

Have a call that requires dispositioning before going on to the next?

Required Dispositions is a feature that is enabled by your administrator at the Team or Form level that requires you to fully disposition a call before moving on to the next outbound call.

When you're done with a call that isn't fully dispositioned, you will receive multiple in-app notifications that a call needs to be dispositioned before you can continue making outbound calls.

  • You will see this in the conversation view:

  • And this exclamation point (!) will appear in the top right hand corner of the app:

  • You will also see *Field is required by your organization underneath the dispositions that need to be made while a call is selected.

  • Disposition these fields to allow your next outbound call.


If you attempt to make an outbound call before dispositioning the call(s) that require it, you will see a red error message in the upper right of the desktop app.

You'll know you have no calls that need dispositions when the yellow icon disappears from the top right hand corner of the app. 🎉


Wrapping up calls with required dispositions on Truly Mobile

If you're using Truly mobile, you will receive a small popup that says 'Please enter all required fields before starting your next call'.
You can determine which calls require Required Dispositions by the orange outline in the Conversation view.
