What is Truly Transcription?
Transcription allows call recordings to be transcribed and made available in Salesforce. As part of this feature, key transcript metrics are captured and made available and can be captured in reports and dashboards as part of our Truly Salesforce package.
Why Transcription?
Less than 1% of conversational data ever makes it to your CRM. This is valuable data that remains locked and forgotten in internal call recordings. With transcription Truly automatically transcribes, analyzes and indexes your calls in your CRM to make your calls fully searchable and reportable out of the box.
Limitations?
Conference Room calls are not transcribed
Duration field exists in transcript record but does not populate
If transcript completes after an internal call is synced, no transcript record will exist in Salesforce (Only AWS)
In order for Salesforce transcription record to populate, call would need to be resynced
