Every time a set of Tracker Rules are matched, a TrackerMatch object is created for reporting purposes.

A TrackerMatch is composed of:

  • Created Date

  • Tracker Name

  • Matched User (either the Task Assignee or Opportunity Owner)

This allows you to see how frequently the events you are looking to track are occurring and changing over time.

Use Cases

Most events that customers are tracking fall into one of three categories:

  • Things that we want reps to be doing (following process)

  • Things we want reps to do less of (coaching opportunities)

  • Things that are happening in customer conversations (trigger/conversion events)

TrackerMatches allow you to build dashboards over time that reflect how these different events are trending over time.
