Change Date

Date the opportunity was changed

Opportunity Name

Lookup to the Opportunity

Opportunity Lifecycle

- Opener: the initial state at the time an Opportunity was created.

- Working Opportunity: changes that were made after an Oppt was created but before it was closed.

- Closer: changes that were made when an Oppt transition into a 'Closed-Won' or 'Closed-Lost' state

- Pipeline Clearing: net pipeline/coverage that was lost when an Oppt was closed

Change Type

Either Amount, Date or Stage

Amount Change

The Amount an Oppt value increased or decreased by. Always positive when an Oppt is first created if Amount > 0

Date Change Amount

The number of days an Oppt close date was changed. Positive if it was changed to a later date and negative if changed to an earlier date

Stage Change Amount

The number of stages an Oppt progressed. Positive if it moved forward and negative if it moved backward

Amount Change Direction

'increased' if positive, 'decreased' if negative

Date Change Direction

'pulled-forward' if an earlier date, 'pushed-back' if a later date.

Stage Change Direction

'forward' if moved forward, 'back' if moved backward.

Current Stage Name

Name of the current Oppt stage

Current Stage Probability

Probability of the current Oppt stage

Current Stage Type

Salesforce's native 'Type' of current stage: Open, Closed-Won, Closed-Lost

Funnel Stage

current {{probability}} - {{stage name}}.

Eg: 10-discover

Previous Stage Name

Name of the previous Oppt stage

Previous Stage Probability

Probability of the previous Oppt stage

Previous Stage Type

Salesforce's native 'Type' of current stage: Open, Closed-Won, Closed-Lost

Previous Funnel Stage

previous {{probability}} - {{stage name}}.

Eg: 10-discover

Time in Previous Stage

Hours in previous stage. Only applies if the OpportunityChange.Type = 'stage'

Opportunity Modifier

Lookup to User who changed the Oppt

Opportunity Modifier Team

Lookup to User.Team who change the Oppt

Opportunity Owner

Lookup to User who owns the Oppt

Opportunity Owner Team

Lookup to User.Team who owns the Oppt

Changed by Owner?

True if Oppt.Owner = OpptChange.Modifier
