Measures how many minutes have elapsed since the last engagement

Outbound Touches Since Last Engagement

Measures how many outbound touches have occurred in a row since the last time an Account was engaged.

Direction (picklist)

outbound or inbound

Contact Engaged (checkbox)

denotes if the Activity qualified as Engaged (see article)

Opp Generator (checkbox)

denotes that this was the last activity before an Oppt was created. Triggered either during a Lead Conversion or an Opportunity being created when the Account Lifecycle is in 'prospecting' stage
