All configuration in the RPA app is done through standard Salesforce objects. Therefore you need to make sure that each person in the org has easy access to these objects.
Adding Tabs (Individual)
Individuals can add Tabs themselves by following these steps
Click on the Pencil button under Tabs.
Click 'Add More Items'.
Click 'All' under Available Items > type 'Truly' in the search bar >> click on the + symbols next to the following objects: Truly Activities, Truly Trackers
