About RMP
Rich Media player allows you to seamlessly jump to various time points in a call or web meeting recording so you can get to the important parts faster, or playback the meeting up to 2X the original speed!
RMP also allows you to copy and share specific points in time so that your managers or end-user users can skip the small talk and get to the good stuff!
How do I access the Rich Media Player?
Our RMP will appear when the recording link for an audio call or web meeting is clicked from the task activity.
RMP Functions
To skip ahead, use the circular symbols to skip ahead or backward 15 seconds.
To change playback speed, select the Speed Icon the right of the player and choose your preferred playback speed - listen to recordings 2X faster than normal!
To share the entire recording or a portion of the recording, skip to the selected time, then choose the share icon in the upper right of the media player.
