Sometimes, you'll want to ensure that emails only log if a matching Contact exists. For example, if you have an HR provider who is both a Customer and a Vendor, you wouldn't want HR related conversations with employees to sync to that Account.

To protect against this, you can implement a whitelist rule, you can create a custom Boolean field called

truly_emailOnlySyncContactMatches__c

and set this to 'true'
