To see your recent Activities, you'll need to ensure you have the TrulyActivities Tab enabled in your Salesforce configuration

If the Truly Activities tab is not visible, you'll need to add it by following these steps

Seeing Your Recent Activities

By default, clicking on the Truly Activities tab will take you to a view of 'Recently Viewed' Activities. You can click the dropdown next to it to go to a presaved list of your most recent Calls, Emails, Meetings and Text Messages

If you use one of these activities more than others (eg: as an AE, you primarily use web meetings), you can click the 'pin' icon to make the selected list view come up by default when you click the tab.

Filtering The ListView

Keywords

Filtering by keyword is possible in the listview -- this is not as complete as using Salesforce Search but it will work for most items

Other Filters

Clicking on the Filter button will reveal the default filters for Truly's prebuilt listviews. You can edit these as much as you like, create new listviews, alter the columns and more.
