Sometimes, we don't know exactly what we're looking for and we want to explore data (similar to how we research a subject on Google).

Truly upgrades the Salesforce search experience to make this possible.

Searching By Account / Contact

To see a summary of all Tasks indexed on an Account, simply type the account name into the search bar, select the Account and view the activity history.

Searching By Keyword

If you have Transcripts or AI summaries enabled, you have the ability to do a keyword search just like with Google.

Start by typing a keyword phrase into the Salesforce search bar and hitting 'enter'

Keywords matching Transcripts will show under Truly Transcriptions in the search results. Keywords matching AI Summaries or your notes will show up under TrulyActivities in the search results.

You can expand the results by clicking View More on either one

Navigating To Transcripts

Selecting a Transcript will take you to that transcript. You'll be able to read the full transcript or search through it in your browser.

If you find the need to access the original recording, you can do so easily by

>>clicking on the 'Related' tab

>> Then clicking on the related Activity

>> Then clicking on the recording link inside the Activity

Filtering Results (Exploration Mode)

Sometimes, you don't know what you're looking for and you want to filter through results (product feedback, customer objections, etc).

Truly's Salesforce app greatly enhances your ability to filter through search results. By default, the following filters are available: Created Date, Activity Type, Call Duration, Account Name, Opportunity Name, Opportunity Stage, Call Disposition, Activity Tags, Team, and Task Owner's last name.

Because this is Salesforce, this list of filters can be further customized by your Admin if there are other fields in the TrulyActivity you wish to filter by. The filters can also be customized by Role, in case different types of users have different need (Reps, Managers, Enablement, Marketing, Product)
