Deal Coaching | Are reps spending time on the right deals and are they identifying the right risks? | • Ensure we have someone VP level involved in the deal before being in proposal stage • If a prospect in segment X has gone cold over 14 days and 5 outreach attempts, deal is unlikely to ever close. |
