Sometimes, you'll want to get a 'feel' for what each rep is doing each day.
What areas of the pipeline are they working?
What channels are they using (text, email, call, meetings)?
What are the outcomes of those meetings?
The TOFU - ALL_Activity_By_Rep report is the fastest way to get visibility into this. To access it, simply
Go to the Reporting Tab in Salesforce >> All Folders >> Truly Reports >> TOFU Reports >> Search for "TOFU - ALL_Activity_By_Rep" report
Click "Save As" to create a new Custom Report and create a new report with a name that you'd like
Click 'Edit' on the report and filter the report to only include Reps on your team >> then click 'Save and Run'
You'll get a report that breaks down all activities by date, channel (calls/texts/emails/web-meetings), and pipeline stage. Clicking into any drill-down will automatically update the associated report so you can see Account, Opportunity, Activity Description, and Call Recording details.
