Step #1: Decide which "Detected" coachable moments you want to coach on
Your admin will be able to set up an automation rule that updates a 'Tags' field on Activities or Opportunities.
Step #2: Pull a Salesforce Report By Those Tags
To pull these calls into a report, you can do the following:
Go to Reporting in Salesforce
Click on Folders >> Truly >> Coaching Reports >> Manager Report Template
Click 'Save As' and give the report a unique name.
Edit the report filters to include the tags that you care about.
Click 'Save and Run'
Now you'll be able to bookmark/refresh that report as often as you like and see any coaching feedback that you may have left the rep in the report.
