Where to find Truly's out-of-the-box analytics dashboard in Salesforce

Truly automatically analyzes your written/spoken conversations and generates quantified metrics that you can report on in Salesforce.

The Call Coaching Metrics Dash can be accessed to see sample visualizations of each metric:

Dashboards Tab >> All Folders >> Truly Dashboards >> Coaching Dashboards >> Conversational Metrics Dashboard.

Because this is salesforce, you can customize every aspect of this dashboard including the filters and underlying reports.
