What is Salesforce Support Access?

Sometimes, customers need a solution FAST and don't have time to go back and forth over Zoom meetings or tickets.

Being a Salesforce AppExchange partner allows us to give you premium support by securely accessing your instance through Salesforce's Support Access functionality.

How To Grant Salesforce Support Access

1. In the upper right corner, you'll see your profile icon. Click on Profile >> Settings

2. In the left navigation, click on the option to Grant Account Login Access

3. Select Truly Support option and select a period to give access (recommend 1 wk)
