Activating Web Meeting Recorder Setting (Default Off)
Web Meeting Recorder can be activated at the Tenant, Team and User level. Today, activation requires submitting a support ticket.
Salesforce Sync
If a user activates Salesforce sync, Web Meetings will automatically be pushed as completed Tasks, just like all other activities that are tracked through the system.
To ensure there are no issues, make sure that:
The Task.Type field is exposed to your end users under Field Level Security
The Task.Type picklist has a value of 'Meeting' as an option.
