Truly currently leverages AWS as its transcription partner, which gives it access to language models in over 30 languages.
Language Support
At this time, Truly only supports the US-English language model. We have plans to introduce more languages over time
Accuracy (Real World Results)
Over a year of testing it has proven to be sufficient in its performance with:
US English,
British English - specifically "Received Pronunciation" aka "The Queen's english"
Australian English
Truly's AI platform is unique in that it can tolerate quite some inaccuracy in transcription without the analytics suffering.
However, we do not consider our transcription to be ready for primetime for other 'heavy' english accents like: Scottish, French English, Greek English, etc.
Model Training
We do not currently support model training or customization. The system works 'out of the box' and its efficacy can be determined by trialing the software.
We do have plans to support model customization in 2022.
