What are AI summaries?

AI summaries enable a user to get complete/detailed notes on a call or meeting. It is an alternative to relying on the user to take notes or listen to a call recording to get to the bottom of "what happened".

Our vision is to get to a point where call recordings and MEDDIC/BANT updates in Salesforce become a thing of the past for reps.

How Do They Work ?

We chain together a number of AI/ML solutions within AWS and our proprietary infrastructure. We work to identify the context of a conversation, extract the relevant pieces and present them in an easy to understand manner.

Currently, we are optimizing heavily towards external-facing customer conversational use cases. While we have heard that they may work well in other contexts (eg: job interviews), peak performance will come from a sales meeting context.

How Well Do They Work?

This is a subjective question, so we'll do our best to answer it truthfully.

  • The average performance of our AI summaries has steadily increased over the past 18 months from a 2.7/5 to 4/5.

  • Most users agree it is 'better than anything else they have seen in other solutions'

  • Common use cases we hear for it are accelerating rep workflow, whether that's sharing an overview of what happened internally, sending follow up notes or updating the CRM.
