Objects and Fields in Tracker Rules and Actions are updated in the background nightly via cronjob.
But sometimes, you need a field to be available instantly because you're in the middle of an analysis. You can force Truly Fields to update manually by doing the following:
Navigate to Truly Setting
Click on the Button "Setup Tracker Fields"
A job will start in the background and usually complete in just a few seconds. You will know it's done by navigating back to the Trackers page >> Refreshing the page (autocomplete fields are cached, so this will for a new fetching of fields) >> Adding a new Rule/Action.
