Meeting recorder bots may not be admitted to all of your reps' meetings by default, depending on the conference software you're using. However, you can adjust these settings by following these instructions.
Zoom
Navigate to the Zoom Admin Panel
In the left navigation select Account Management >> Account Settings
Under Meeting Settings, turn off the waiting room option and turn on the password protection option. If you want this to be activated globally, you can click the 'Lock' Icon. Otherwise, you can apply the same settings at the User or User Groups level
