Unable to send a text message?

The following numbers may not be used to send messages:

  1. Phone numbers being ported from another provider (texting functionality will work once the transfer is complete).

  2. Local presence phone numbers.

  3. Phone menu phone numbers.

Assigned phone numbers that are in our system may be used to send and receive texts.
To change your current number to your provided extension please see below.

  1. Click on your phone number in the top right corner of the desktop app.

  2. Select your preferred number under the "Phone Number" tab from the list below.

  3. Click off to save.
