  1. Check to see that our extension is installed and enabled under Settings > More Tools > Extensions or by navigating to chrome://extensions

  2. If the extension is not installed, install it via the Chrome Store

  3. If the extension is installed, try Remove from Chrome, and reinstall via the Chrome Store

  4. Refresh the page you're looking to click to call from and attempt to make a call.

  5. If the issue persists, please restart Chrome and try again.


If all of the above steps have been followed and you recently switched to Truly but cannot click to dial from Salesforce, it's possible that your previous phone system has been installed on your Salesforce account or within Chrome, which will conflict our platform. 

Please reach out to your Salesforce / Ops / IT administrator to verify that your Salesforce account and local machine have the previous platforms removed, or contact our support team!
