Unable to make or receive calls via mobile?

Check for updates and make sure the latest version of Truly mobile is installed

  1. Open the Truly mobile app or visit https://truly.co/signup/#/mobile-app and enter your mobile number to download the latest version of the app.

  2. Log in with your work email and follow the on screen instructions.

Verify Your Number

  1. Open Settings and tap Verify Your Number

  2. Please enter your mobile device's cellular phone number so that we can integrate your smartphone with Truly mobile via SMS verification

Update Inbound Call Routing settings

  1. In the desktop or mobile application, set your inbound call routing to offer calls to your mobile device

  2. Click Settings at the bottom of the app

  3. Under Routing flip the switch to turn on Call Routing for Mobile

Update Outbound Calling Device in the Desktop app

  1. Click on your phone number in the top right corner of the app to open the outbound menu

  2. Then click the Device tab

  3. Click Mobile in the middle of the drop down, to make outbound calls route to your mobile device

Not getting a call notification?

  1. Make sure your smartphone is not suppressing push notifications, and that Do Not Disturb mode is off

  2. Test whether you receive a call notification when the mobile application is open and active

  3. Contact the Truly support team to assist with further troubleshooting
