SMS is available when you have a supported number assigned to your Truly account. Contact the Truly support team via chat or email support@truly.co if you need an SMS enabled number.

MMS (picture messaging and group messaging) is an available feature enhancement. If you're interested in adding MMS support to your account, please reach out to the Truly support team via in-app chat or email support@truly.co so that we can loop in your Truly account manager.

Shortened links (like those from bitly) may not be supported by certain carriers. Even though common URL shorteners can be an easy-to-use tool for legitimate use cases they are often blocked because they are frequently used to launch p campaigns. If a URL shortener is required, we recommend using https://goo.gl/ as they are less likely to be blocked.

Note: SMS and MMS messages are not supported by Local Presence numbers or Phone Menu numbers. If you're attempting to send a message but seeing a notification that "Messaging is not available", make sure your SMS-capable Truly phone number is selected, click the + New Conversation button and try again! For more information see Troubleshooting text message issues

If you have any additional questions or issues please chat or email support@truly.co, and we’ll be happy to assist!
