How to set your call availability

Dictate the time you wish to be available for inbound calls

  1. Click "Settings" in the bottom left of the app.

  2. Select the "Availability" section.

  3. Select your Timezone.

  4. Draw in or drag/move your available time blocks right below these options.

  5. Neither direct-dialed calls nor queued phone menu calls will ring your Truly devices, and will go straight to voicemail outside of of your scheduled availability window. 

Note: You may also set your Do Not Disturb settings to prevent certain calls from ringing through to your Truly devices inside your scheduled availability window.
