Truly provides 3 ways to make calls: Desktop app, Mobile and Deskphone.
Click on your phone number in the upper right area of the app.
Select the Device tab.
Select your preferred call method by clicking on the respective icon. You'll see the icon next to your phone number in the upper right area change to your preferred method.
Note: If the mobile app isn't downloaded and set up or your deskphone isn't set up or awake - outbound calls will not work to either of those devices.
