To allow audio devices in Google Chrome, log in at app.truly.co, then follow the instructions below:

  • Navigate to the lock icon in the upper left hand of your browser in the address bar and click on “Site Settings"

  • You will be directed to a new page with site settings options. Navigate to “Microphone” and “Sound” and make sure both are set to “Allow”.

  • Once both of these settings are set to allow, go back to the app.truly.co page and click the Reload button to refresh the page

  • Then click on the lock icon in the upper left of the address bar, same as Step 1. Make sure that Microphone and Sound are both set to allow

  • Go to the headset icon and press Play Test Sound to see if you can now hear our test sound, and test your microphone and make sure the audio bar ebbs and flows

If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to the Truly support team at support@truly.co or by clicking your initials in the upper right corner in the desktop app and we'll be happy to assist!
