How to manually clear the Truly cache on macOS:
Note: These steps should be performed with the guidance of an IT admin to prevent unintentional modification of non-Truly application support files.
Quit the Truly desktop app via the menu bar Truly > Quit method and switch to the Finder
Click the Go menu, hold down the Option key on the keyboard, and open the hidden Library folder
Open Application Support and locate the Truly folder
Right-click or control click the Truly folder and select Move to Trash (or physically drag the folder to the Trash)
Restart the Truly desktop app
How to manually clear the Truly cache on Windows:
Note: These steps should be performed with the guidance of an IT admin to prevent unintentional modification of non-Truly application data files.
Quit the Truly desktop app via the File > Close method
Open the Windows File Explorer
In the address bar type: %appdata%
Locate the Truly folder
Right-click the Truly folder, and select Delete
Restart the Truly desktop app
How to manually clear the Truly cache on Chrome OS
Note: These steps should be performed with the guidance of an IT admin since it requires enabling Debug mode.
In the Chrome browser, navigate to chrome://flags/#debug-packed-apps
Enable Debugging for packed apps
Restart Chromebook
Open the Truly app
Right click within the Truly app
Click inspect
Click Application tab
Click clear storage menu on the left
Click Clear site data
