Find the recorded conversation in the Truly desktop app:
Scroll to the the desired conversation in the Conversations list on the left, and click on the conversation.
Click on the recorded call in the center column to see the call details
The call details on the right side will populate with an audio player
Note: If the audio player does not appear immediately please wait for the recording to finish processing. If a call did not record as expected, please contact the Truly support team or your organization's Truly Admin for assistance.
Listen to the call recording in your web browser using a secure weblink
Click on the Integrations button to open the activity in your CRM
Click on the recording weblink logged in the activity details
Login to Truly when prompted.
Listen to the call by pressing the play button in your web browser.
