There are three different methods to login to Truly, and the one to use depends on your organization's email setup:

Login with Google

  • If your organization's email provider is Gmail, select the Login with Google option.

  • Reach out to your organization's IT team, or reset your Google password if you have trouble logging in with Google.

Login with Office 365

  • If your organization's email provider is Microsoft, select the Login with Office 365 option.

  • Reach out to your organization's IT team, or reset your Microsoft password if you have trouble logging in with Office 365.

Login with Email

Note: Use only if your organization does not use Google or Office 365.

  • If your organization uses a different email provider, click Sign in with Email (mobile app) or enter your Email and Password in the fields below the Google and Office 365 options (desktop app and web).

  • If you see an "Incorrect Username or Password" message click the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the login screen and enter your email address.

  • Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your Truly password.

If your organization's authentication method does not appear on the login page, or if the login window reappears after selecting the appropriate login method:

  • Open https://truly.co in your browser and click the Log In button.

  • Retry opening the Truly app or Truly link you want to access.

How to disable Truly email authentication for login:

As a Truly Admin, if you would like to prevent users from using the Truly email authentication method to sign in (i.e. if they should be complying with single sign-on Google or Office OAuth), you can remove access to Truly login by going to Admin Console > Organization Settings > Authentication Settings and disabling the password authentication toggle. This will remove the ability for users to create or request new passwords specific to Truly and only allow them to sign on using your preferred email provider.
