Turn off call routing to your mobile phone

You can easily change call routing from our desktop and mobile applications!

Desktop

  1. Click the 'settings' gear icon in the bottom left corner of the app.

  2. Click Routing.

  3. Toggle Mobile to turn on and off.

Mobile

  1. Click the 'settings' gear icon icon in the bottom right corner of the app.

  2. Click Call Routing.

  3. Toggle Mobile to turn on and off.
