Open the Truly mobile app and navigate to the Settings tab, and select 'Email Us'
3. Select your email provider from the popup
4. Send the email, the logs will attach automatically to the email. You can add body to the message if you need the ticket to go to a specific person, otherwise the email will create a ticket in the support queue.
